Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations We ship to the United Kingdom and across Europe. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days
  • Next Day Delivery: Order before 12pm for next business day delivery

Europe:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2 to 4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £75.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs and Import Duties (European Orders) For orders shipped to Europe, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at help@oddbloom.co.uk and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply.
