Orders

How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days for standard shipping, 1 to 2 days for express, or next business day if you choose next day delivery (order before 12pm). European orders take 5 to 10 business days for standard shipping.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at help@oddbloom.co.uk if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on UK orders over £75.

Returns

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please visit our Returns and Refunds page for full details.

Who pays for return shipping?
If an item is faulty or we've made an error, we'll cover the return cost. For change of mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
