Return and Refund Policy

Our Commitment We want you to love everything you order from Odd Bloom. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers) Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt and return the item within a further 14 days. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Our Returns Window Outside of your statutory rights, we accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a return or refund.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging

How to Request a Return To start a return, please contact us at [YOUR EMAIL] within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return. Do not send items back without contacting us first as we may be unable to process the return.

Return Shipping Costs If the item is faulty, damaged, or we have made an error with your order, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid label.

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong size or colour, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@oddbloom.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent and the wrong item collected at our expense.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Delivery If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier. We ask that you allow up to 10 business days from the expected delivery date before reporting an item as lost, as parcels can occasionally be delayed in transit.
